Hello, Husky Families! My name is Krista Douglass, and I am the proud principal here at Clearwater Elementary. This is my second year leading CW and my seventh year as an elementary school principal. In previous districts, I have served as an elementary teacher, instructional coach, assistant principal, and principal. My educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and a Master of Science in Education Administration, both from Butler University. (Go Dawgs!) Outside of school, I love spending time with my husband and two daughters. I spend a lot of time at the dance studio with my two dancers! I also love to cook and bake, go to concerts, and travel.

Here at Clearwater, we strive to create an environment of high expectations for all… while still having a lot of fun! We are committed to ensuring that every student receives the highest quality education every day, and we are proud that we continue to produce the highest scores in the district on all state assessments while also maintaining positive relationships with students and families.
